Guest Auto Group $1000 Referral Program
The $1000 Referral Program (the "Program") offered by Guest Auto Group (the "Dealership") is subject to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to release the Dealership from any and all liability. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:Eligibility: The Program is open only to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Class 7 or higher drivers license. Employees of the Dealership and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Program. Referrals: The $1000 referral reward will be awarded to individuals who refer new customers to the Dealership and meet all Program requirements. The referred customer must purchase a vehicle from the Dealership for the referree to be eligible for the reward. Notification of Referrals: The referring individual must inform the Dealership of the referral prior to the referred customer taking delivery of the vehicle. Failure to do so will render the referral ineligible for the reward. Payment of Rewards: Rewards will be paid within 60 days after the referred customer has taken delivery of the vehicle purchased from the Dealership. The Dealership reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without notice. Limitation of Liability: The Dealership shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to, lost profits or lost business opportunities. The Dealership makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or the rewards. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Dealership and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or in connection with your participation in the Program or any breach of these terms and conditions. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Governing Law: The Program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which the Dealership is located, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
